Carpenter is a Boyle County native, and a May 2015 graduate of Boyle County High School. His mechanical experience began on the farm with his dad and granddad – working on everything from tractors to trucks to 4-wheelers. In high school, the closest in-school instruction that matched his interests was initially carpentry. However, during his senior year, he was able to adjust that study for an afternoon internship at Stuart Powell, which led to his full-time employment upon graduation.
Stuart Powell Ford Lincoln Mazda is located at 225 South Danville By-Pass in Danville. The dealership employs about 47 people, and Mr. Powell is in his 66th year in the automotive business.
