Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of previous service advisor or service writer experience, preferably with Ford and/or Mazda
- Must be team-oriented, flexible, and committed to a high level of customer service
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain repairs and recommended services clearly and honestly
- Working knowledge of dealership service systems and repair order processes
